DIY Natural Headache Relief Roller Recipe

Bikin Sendiri Headache Roll-on

While I almost never have headache anymore since I religiously take my chlorophyll and change my diet, roll on minyak gosok ini sungguh berguna dan efektif untuk meredakan sakit kepala mendadak yang biasanya karena terlalu lama di tempat ber-AC. I love using this kind of roll on karena kemasan roll on ini praktis, higenis, ga perlu colek colek, dan easy to use.

However, call me frugal, but I’m not going to spend 100k for 10ml headache roll on. Headache roll on basically is a mix of essential oils blend and carrier oil. Hwell, it is simple and easy to make, dengan hanya at least 2 ingredients utama dan tentunya lebih ekonomis.


  • 10ml Roll on bottle

  • Pipet jika diperlukan


  • 15 drops of peppermint oil

  • 8 drops of eucalyptus oil

  • 8 drops of orange oil

  • 3 drops of clove oil

  • Carrier oil of your choice

How to Make

  1. Masukkan essential oils dalam roll on bottle

  2. Masukan carrier oil

  3. Tutup roll on bottle

  4. Shake the bottle agar minyak tercampur dengan sempurna

How to Use

Roll on the back of neck and shoulders, temples or other pressure points.


I use mint infused jojoba oil – click here untuk cara infuse oil

Feel free to substitute essential oils blend to use in this roller. Pilihan essential oils yang biasa dipakai untuk mengatasi sakit kepala adalah peppermint, lavender, rosemary, eucalyptus, chamomile. I used what I have in stock plus essential oils yang lifting my mood – orange!

Botol roll on ini bisa dipakai ulang. It is really a good investment for DIY minyak gosok-gosok. There are colourful roll on bottles tapi the clear one is the cheapest.
